Product Manager(Pharmaceutical Industry)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, marketing plans, and roadmaps, defining positioning and features
• Analyze market needs, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and regulatory teams to bring products to market and support them
• Create promotional materials, manage product launches, support PR, and train sales force on product benefits and science
• Oversee product budgets, analyze sales performance, and manage P&L for the product
• Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and advisory groups
• Ensure ongoing product success through lifecycle enhancements and upgrades

Typical Duties

• Write Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs)
• Present at conferences and train sales representatives
• Visit hospitals and key accounts with sales teams
• Monitor customer satisfaction and market feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (minimum)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
• Strong analytical and financial skills
