Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Description - This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager at ChamsAccess. - The ideal candidate should have strong product leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of owning and scaling digital products. - This candidate should have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric, data-driven solutions from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap - Align product direction with company objectives and market opportunities - Identify growth opportunities through user research, market analysis, and data insights - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization - Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories - Prioritize initiatives using data, impact analysis, and strategic alignment - Continuously assess initiatives, products and features in order to identify areas for growth and expansion. - Analyze competitive landscape and customers to provide data-driven recommendations on new and existing products. - Conduct extensive research using relevant methodology to identify numerous opportunities and determine which products/features customers will be willing to pay for. Required Qualifications: - 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar industry - Proven track record of developing, owning and scaling successful digital products - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to lead and work across cross-functional teams
