Product Listing Officer

Requirements: - HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field. - Previous experience in e-commerce or product listing is an advantage but not mandatory. - Ability to work with spreadsheets, CMS, and online marketplaces. - Basic understanding of SEO is a plus. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and writing skills. - Ability to work with spreadsheets, CMS, and online marketplace. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor and update product inventory, availability, and pricing regularly. - Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, images, prices, specifications) is accurate and up to date. - Create, upload, and manage product listings across all company online platforms. - Optimize product listings for better visibility and search ranking (SEO). - Ensure product categories, tags, and attributes are correctly assigned. - Work with the marketing and operations team to gather product details and improve listing quality. - Identify and correct listing errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. - Stay updated on e-commerce trends and listing best practices. - Track product performance and suggest improvements to boost sales.
