About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization as an experienced and strategic Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our Drilling & Completion Fluids (DCF) division.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of product line management from technical planning and blending operations to logistics, warehousing, and client service delivery, ensuring performance excellence and compliance with international industry standards.
This leadership role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, driving business growth by aligning DCF product offerings with evolving market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion quality, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across the DCF division
- Oversee technical planning and blending operations
- Manage logistics, warehousing, and client service delivery
- Mentor and develop a high-performing technical team
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
- Drive business growth and market alignment of product offerings
- Maintain compliance with international industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
- Over 20 years of drilling fluids experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership position
- Proven expertise in formulation and blending operations
- Strong background in inventory management
- Demonstrated success in business development within the oil & gas sector
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with leading international service companies in the industry
