About the Company

Our client is Nigeria's leading financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm, offering flexible leasing, loan financing, and financial planning services. Due to expansion, they are seeking a Product Growth Officer to drive market growth and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for target markets, establishing clear growth objectives and KPIs
• Oversee end-to-end growth strategy execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive market expansion
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on market gaps and emerging trends
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance, analyzing customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth metrics
• Develop actionable, data-driven recommendations for product improvements, new features, and marketing strategies
• Build deep understanding of target markets and customer segments, including industry trends and competitive landscape
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from conceptualization through retirement, ensuring market relevance and profitability
• Collaborate with Offline Sales teams to expand product reach through effective recruitment and sales channel optimization
• Gather continuous feedback from offline sales teams on product performance to inform development and align with market needs
• Lead initiatives for product improvement through digital channel development with focus on enhancing user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset
• Demonstrated curiosity about metrics, execution processes, and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
