About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in research, new product development, and marketing, with strong analytical abilities and a passion for bringing new ideas to life. A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, testing, and development of new products
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and create market-fit products
• Prepare and deliver presentations to partner companies
• Provide technical support and service to partner organizations
• Conduct internal and external product tests to gather insights and data
• Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to guide product strategies
• Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns
• Maintain the company website and track data analytics performance
• Coordinate promotional activities, programs, and events
• Assist with budget monitoring and ensure adherence to guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years relevant experience (STEM background is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid knowledge of Market Research, Product Development, Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Social Media
• Strong analytical abilities, initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks, create concise reports, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a team; bilingual ability (French) is an added advantage
