Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with schools, NGOs, government bodies, and private organizations
• Collaborate with the product and content teams to improve user experience and product value
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product and marketing strategies
• Drive user acquisition and engagement across digital platforms
• Develop proposals and pitch decks for potential partners and clients
• Monitor key business metrics, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements
• Support revenue growth through effective sales and business development initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product development, business development, or strategy roles (preferably in EdTech or digital media)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Innovative thinker with a passion for education and technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
