Procurement Specialist (SAP & Spare Parts) - FMCG at Ascentech Services Limited

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Description - We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with FMCG experience to manage the sourcing and procurement of spare parts and technical materials. - The ideal candidate must be proficient in SAP and capable of ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement to support production and operations. Responsibilities - Source and procure spare parts and technical materials using SAP - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms - Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies - Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment - Support maintenance and production teams with reliable material supply. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG procurement, particularly spare parts - Proven experience in FMCG procurement, especially spare parts - Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred) - Good negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
