We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Personnel to manage the purchasing of goods and services for the hotel. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate procurement records. - This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of hotel departments by providing quality supplies at the best value. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and source reliable suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, linens, cleaning materials, and other hotel supplies. - Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of purchase to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. - Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports. - Work closely with department heads (kitchen, housekeeping, front office, etc.) to forecast and fulfill supply needs. - Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Inspect delivered goods for quality, accuracy, and compliance with hotel standards. - Ensure all procurement activities comply with the hotel’s financial and operational policies. - Report on market trends, supplier performance, and procurement challenges to management.
