Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team at Proforce Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality materials, components, and services required for automotive production. You will ensure timely supply, cost efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and maintain strong supplier relationships. The Procurement Officer works closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Education & Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries
• Strong understanding of automotive components, raw materials, and supplier ecosystems
• Experience with ERP systems (an advantage)

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical abilities
