Neveah Limited operates an Aluminium and Copper Ingots Manufacturing Plant located in Mowe on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State. Our facility specializes in recycling a broad range of scrap materials and converting them into usable Aluminium and Copper Ingots for various manufacturing purposes.

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and technically competent Procurement Officer to join our team. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development within our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suppliers of scraps and raw materials
• Adhere to company guidelines regarding price quotes, bid acceptance, and vendor selection
• Procure goods and materials for the manufacturing plant
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier list and database
• Manage supplier relationships and engagements
• Evaluate quality, price, reliability, technical support, and availability of goods and services
• Monitor scrap suppliers' deliverables and adherence to timelines
• Discuss contracts and potential engagements through the Manager
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly procurement reports

Key Performance Indicators

• Achieve at least 95% on-time delivery of scrap materials from suppliers
• Maintain procurement cost savings of 5–10% through effective negotiation and sourcing
• Ensure 98% supplier quality compliance on all aluminium and copper scrap deliveries
• Maintain 100% adherence to procurement policies and reporting timelines
• Keep procurement spend within ±5% of approved budget
• Achieve 98% ERP data accuracy and timely updates to the supplier database

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role for a recycling facility
• Proven experience in aluminium scraps procurement

Required Competencies

• Knowledge of procurement software and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems
• Interpersonal and communication skills
