An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Eko Maintenance Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as a Procurement Officer.

Responsibilities

• Procure and ensure timely delivery of high-quality electromechanical and building products for the maintenance of high-rise buildings
• Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders
• Review and analyse vendors, suppliers, supply options, and prices
• Ensure delivery and receipt of procured items
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors regarding quality electromechanical and building products used in high-rise building facility maintenance
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
