Job Summary

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to manage the company's supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of operational needs while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, source, and procure IT equipment, office supplies, and services in line with company needs
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and negotiate contracts, prices, and terms
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory levels
• Liaise with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably in the IT or technology sector
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
