Procurement Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Job Desription - Source and purchase items across all business units (Pharmacy, FMCG, Electronics, Café/Restaurant). - Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and ensure quality supply. - Manage vendor relationships and maintain updated supplier records. - Monitor stock levels and process timely replenishment for all branches. - Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation for Accounts. - Conduct market surveys and support cost‑saving initiatives. - Work with Store Managers, Pharmacists, Restaurant/Café teams, and Warehouse for smooth operations. Requirements: - B.Sc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - 2–4 years procurement experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or hospitality. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Good knowledge of FMCG, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food commodities. - Proficiency in Excel/ERP and strong attention to detail.
