Procurement Officer

Position Overview: - The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing spare parts and related materials to support smooth manufacturing and operational activities. - The role requires strong ERP/SAP experience and hands-on knowledge of spare parts procurement and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Source, negotiate, and procure spare parts and consumables in line with company needs. - Manage procurement activities using SAP or other ERP systems. - Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of critical spare parts. - Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and reconcile invoices. - Conduct price comparisons and cost-saving initiatives. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry standards. - Maintain accurate procurement records and reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 2–3 years’ experience in procurement within an FMCG or Manufacturing company. - Mandatory experience in spare parts procurement/sales. - Strong working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems. - Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
