Requirements

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Production/Operations Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or relevant training) are an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or production/operations
• Proven experience in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and contract management
• Experience coordinating production processes, inventory management, and quality control

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/procurement software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with good leadership and organisational skills
