Processing Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced and proactive Processing Supervisor to oversee daily processing operations and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production in line with company standards. - The ideal candidate will supervise processing staff, monitor production processes, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily processing activities to meet production targets - Ensure processing operations comply with quality, safety, and hygiene standards - Monitor machine performance and processing parameters to ensure optimal output - Manage and supervise processing staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring - Identify and resolve processing issues to minimize downtime and waste - Maintain accurate production and processing records and reports - Enforce compliance with SOPs, GMP, and HSE policies - Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - HND / B.Sc Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field - 3–5 years’ experience in processing or production operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing - Prior supervisory experience is required - Strong understanding of processing equipment and production workflows - Knowledge of GMP, HSE, and quality standards - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Key Competencies: - Production and process control - Team supervision and coordination - Safety and quality compliance - Reporting and documentation.
