## Title: Process Team Lead

An established company is recruiting for a Process Team Lead to oversee process operations and ensure optimal performance of production systems.

Ensure water treatment plants perform optimally as per PI standards, including Reverse Osmosis plant and Iron Filter plants where applicable
Ensure availability of sanitation and process chemicals (e.g. concentrate)
Ensure accuracy of process parameters including temperature, flow rate, contact time, and pH of sanitation chemicals during preparation and use
Plan sanitation of water treatment media and replacement of sand and carbon beds as directed by PI
Raise requisitions for raw materials for production and monitor to ensure FIFO is observed
Stage and verify collected raw materials and confirm water parameters for syrup batching are within specification
Direct supervision of syrup batching to ensure syrup quality parameters are strictly maintained within specification, including salt batching for Aquafina where applicable
Confirm final volume and conduct required analyses on finished syrup samples prior to production
Liaise with production planner, engineering and production crew for production startup
Conduct timely calibration of process equipment and maintain necessary process records
Ensure syrup wastage is minimized during preparation, storage and bottling
Oversee Effluent Treatment Plant operations

Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Science and Technology
At least 4 years of working experience in CSD industry control/assurance function in a food and beverage company
Knowledge of bottling operations including planning, manufacturing, quality and environment
Experience in budgeting and people management
