## Title: Process & Productivity Manager
Job Summary
We're looking for a high-performing Process & Productivity Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll design and implement efficient systems for our FMCG team, overseeing the development and enforcement of systems that improve efficiency, reduce leakages, and strengthen accountability. This role is crucial in managing debtors, procurement processes, warehouse operations, and preventing theft.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across sales, procurement, warehouse, and logistics
- Manage debtors' processes – vet credit customers, monitor payments, and recover debts
- Implement theft prevention controls including daily reconciliations, stock audits, and surprise checks
- Train and enforce compliance across all departments
- Introduce tools (ERP, dashboards, trackers) for real-time visibility
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on process compliance and productivity improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/Retail process management
- Proven track record in credit control and internal controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems
- Hands-on leadership with a no-compromise approach to accountability
- Proven record of hitting sales targets
- Effective leadership skills and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational demeanor
- Professional manner with discretion and appearance
