## Title: Process Improvement Manager
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to drive manufacturing excellence. As a Process Improvement Manager, you will lead technical initiatives across the organization to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead technical process improvement projects (Setup Reduction, Cycle Time Reductions) across manufacturing, meeting assigned timelines and objectives
- Evaluate existing capacity utilization and lead solutions based on short- and long-term needs
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address issues related to plant OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), safety, and delivery
- Utilize systems and tools to deliver reductions in minor stops and breakdowns
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering strategies to improve efficiency, lower costs, and enhance product quality
- Create training materials for employees to learn about new processes and procedures
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques
- Manage and lead process teams to achieve desired results
- Assist in development of new process capabilities
- Perform project management, analytics, and measurement to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- 7–10 years of experience working in an advisory role with a proven track record
- Demonstrated track record of achieving cost reductions and increased productivity
- Proven ability to perform financial analysis and review and analyze existing cost data
- Strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems
