## Title: Presales Collaboration Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Presales Collaboration Engineer to lead all presales activities involving collaboration solutions. You will be responsible for solution architecting and technology sales deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to ensure bids and solution inquiries are addressed within committed timelines while meeting customer business outcomes at competitive pricing.

You will ensure high-quality submissions to the bid desk and sales teams, positioning the company competitively in the market. You will advise the business on evolving collaboration technologies based on market trends and customer requirements, while managing OEM, vendor, and distributor partnerships to support business objectives and meet financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all presales activities for the collaboration technology unit, including solution architecting and technology sales
  • Propose proper and cost-effective solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Direct the team to support sales in achieving company technology financial targets
  • Manage relationships and partnerships with OEMs, vendors, and distributors
  • Plan and deliver technology workshops to customers to generate business opportunities
  • Provide technical support to sales and implementation teams in reviewing new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and global partners to drive superior solutions, deeper loyalty, and adoption of company offerings
  • Provide leadership and develop the team according to market needs, technology delivery requirements, and global technology trends
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in presales engineering, solution architecting, or technology sales
  • Deep knowledge of collaboration technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of market trends and emerging technologies
  • Excellent relationship management and partnership development skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
  • Financial acumen and ability to meet revenue targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
