An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the hospital/clinical practice - Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, and support teams - Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and workflows - Oversee patient flow, service delivery, and overall patient experience - Monitor operational costs, budgets, and resource utilization - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies - Supervise facility operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management - Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a professional manner - Support business development initiatives and operational growth strategies - Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to management - Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and record-keeping across departments - Drive business growth and increase hospital revenue Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field - 7 years’ experience in hospital or clinical practice management (required) - Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills - Good understanding of hospital operations, billing, and patient service delivery - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
