Position Overview

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead power and inverter installation projects, combining technical expertise with team management and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions, and inverters according to customer needs and load conditions, including single-phase/three-phase systems and grid-connected/off-grid solutions
• Prepare comprehensive solar PV, ESS, and inverter system designs and sizing based on client load requirements
• Provide technical consulting and advisory services to clients, addressing technical questions and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead installation teams through complete system installation, wiring, debugging, and commissioning to ensure compliance with IEC, NERC, SONCAP, and other relevant standards
• Supervise construction activities of subcontractors or subordinate teams, maintaining focus on safety, quality, schedule, and budget control
• Conduct system inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance after system operation
• Provide customer training and long-term technical support
• Manage and train an installation and after-sales team of 5–15 engineers/technicians to improve technical capacity and work efficiency
• Prepare project design documents and technical reports
