POS Officer

Location: Ayobo Lagos Salary: 213,000 Net Key Responsibilities: - Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently in line with company and regulatory guidelines - Monitor POS terminal performance and promptly escalate technical or operational issues - Perform daily transaction reconciliation and prepare operational reports - Ensure proper cash handling and settlement procedures - Support customer inquiries and resolve transaction-related issues professionally - Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and internal control policies - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum of  HND / B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields - Previous experience in POS operations, banking operations, or fintech services is an added advantage - Strong understanding of electronic payment systems and transaction processing - High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial reporting tools - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
