Job Overview
IDYHA Capital is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PMO Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support the PMO in driving project governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence.
The role will work closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-planned, well-documented, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project KPIs, preparing dashboards, coordinating governance meetings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
This position requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO frameworks, standards, and templates
- Provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present project and portfolio-level performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Facilitate project governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper archiving of all project documentation
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating deviations as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance processes, tools, and working methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana) is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
