About the Role

Fort Knox Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Plumber – Level 5 / Foreman to lead plumbing teams and oversee large-scale installation projects. The role involves planning, supervision, and ensuring that all works meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing teams on multiple project sites
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and supervisors
• Manage materials, tools, and project documentation
• Train and mentor junior plumbers

Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (OHSE) Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure daily safety briefings
• Report incidents and implement corrective actions promptly
• Encourage responsible environmental practices on site

Qualifications & Experience

• OND, HND, BSc, or Diploma in Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in plumbing
• 3+ years in supervisory or leadership roles

• Extensive understanding of plumbing systems and project management
