Plumber – Level 4 at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Plumber (Level 4) to lead and supervise plumbing installation and repair activities on large projects. The successful candidate will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency of plumbing works on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct teams of plumbers and helpers
• Plan and coordinate plumbing installations and repairs
• Ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Prepare work progress and material usage reports

OHSE Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and enforce PPE compliance
• Lead toolbox talks and report unsafe conditions
• Ensure adherence to environmental and quality policies

Qualifications & Experience

• OND, HND, BSc, or Technical Diploma in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
• 6–8 years of experience in plumbing works, including team supervision

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

• Deep understanding of plumbing systems and installation codes
• Ability to interpret complex plumbing layouts and specifications
