Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Plumber / Carpenter at a hotel located in Benin City, Nigeria.

You will handle day-to-day plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes and fixtures. You will also perform general carpentry duties such as construction, maintenance, and repairs of structural woodwork.

Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and ensuring that all work complies with safety standards will be vital aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures
• Perform carpentry work including construction, maintenance, and repairs of structural woodwork
• Carry out general maintenance tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests

• Work effectively as part of an on-site team

Requirements

• Plumbing experience with pipe installation
• Maintenance and repair skills in both plumbing and carpentry
• General maintenance experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant certifications or training in plumbing and carpentry (advantageous)
• Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (a plus)
