About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Plant Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve SHEQ objectives
• Ensure the production plant is operated safely and effectively to achieve production targets
• Monitor all functioning facilities to ensure they are working within the manufacturer's allowable limits
• Monitor and adjust all production parameters accordingly
• Provide logs of production parameters on an hourly basis
• Identify and report any deviations or errors noticed on the machinery
• Participate in the maintenance of the plant as required
• Provide a report of the production carried out during your shift
• Participate in major maintenance planning by providing leadership in deciding instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical scopes based on up-to-date condition information, best practice, and performance history
• Ensure that all maintenance work in scope is recorded "As Found" and "As Left" using the SAP PM system

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Nigerian Citizen
• HND or BSc in Instrumentation, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 1 – 5 years of relevant experience (background in Instrumentation is an advantage)
• Completed NYSC scheme
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
