Planning & Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), end-to-end warehouse operations, and ensure timely material flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP cycles and align demand forecasts with production capacity
• Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Ensure accurate scrap analysis per lot and timely reporting
• Optimize dock-to-stock turnaround time and storage utilization
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout and workflows

Performance KPIs

• Receiving Accuracy: ≥99.5% accuracy rate monthly
• Dock-to-Stock TAT: Average ≤4 hours for all inbound shipments
• Scrap Reporting: 100% lot scrap analysis reports delivered within 24 hours post-production
• Warehouse Utilization: Achieve ≥85% space utilization without congestion

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 6+ years' experience in warehouse and operations management
• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing S&OP

• Expertise in S&OP and WMS/ERP systems
