An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.   Role Description - We are seeking a per-time Pipeline Welder Facilitator for an on-site position in Port Harcourt. - The Pipeline Welder Facilitator will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions focused on pipeline welding techniques in alignment with industry standards. - The role includes preparing and managing training materials, leading hands-on practical demonstrations, and assessing trainees' performance and skill development. - The facilitator will ensure that the training aligns with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and maintain records of trainees' progress. - Collaboration with the training team to continuously update course content to reflect the latest technological developments in pipeline welding is required. Qualifications - Technical expertise in pipeline welding techniques, welding equipment operation, and safety procedures. - Experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and hands-on demonstration skills. - Strong understanding of industry standards, including HSE regulations and compliance requirements. - Effective communication, leadership, and mentorship skills for engaging with trainees. - Relevant technical certifications in pipeline welding, welding inspection, or related disciplines. - Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry or a similar sector is highly advantageous. - Proficiency in adapting training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences. - Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt and commit to a full-time schedule.
