Responsibilities

Instruction and Curriculum

• Develop and deliver physics lessons that meet curriculum standards
• Create lesson plans, assignments, and exams
• Explain complex concepts clearly and make the material relevant to students
• Incorporate laboratory activities, practical demonstrations, and relevant technology into lessons

Student Assessment and Support

• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom work
• Provide constructive feedback and offer extra support to students who need it
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific curiosity

Classroom Management

• Establish and enforce a positive, inclusive, and orderly learning environment
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies

Collaboration and Communication

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to improve curriculum and support students

Professional Development

• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Stay updated on the latest developments in physics and educational methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Science, or a related field
• Teaching certification or license
• Experience in classroom teaching and management
