Job Summary

The Pharmacy Technician will assist in medication preparation, inventory control, prescription processing, and customer service while ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescribed medications accurately
• Prepare and label medications under supervision
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and expiry monitoring
• Maintain proper documentation of prescriptions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Provide courteous customer service to patients and clients
• Support daily pharmacy administrative duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician/Pharmaceutical Technology
• Registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) with a valid practicing license
• Minimum of 1–3 years' relevant experience
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and dispensing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
