About Us

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician to support the Head of Pharmacy in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has a solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Accurately label and package medications
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and check for expired medications
• Enter and maintain patient information and prescriptions in the pharmacy system
• Process insurance claims and handle billing issues
• Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to clarify prescriptions and provide information
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Support patient privacy and uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• BSc or HND in a science-related discipline
• 2–3 years of pharmaceutical experience
• Valid Pharmacy Technician Certificate
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
