Pharmacologist

Position Overview: - ExCare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacologist to support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations. - The role involves assisting with prescription preparation, inventory management, record keeping, and ensuring a clean, well-organised pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately - Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management - Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals - Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general information or directing calls as needed - Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with operational standards. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or other science related field - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Working knowledge of MS Office - Prior experience in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage - Should live in Opic, Berger and its environs - Pharm Technicians are also encouraged to apply.
