Pharmacist Trainee at mPharma

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a Pharmacist Trainee. This position reports directly to the E-commerce Country Lead and focuses on building and managing our in-house pharmacy operations to serve patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory, order new supplies when necessary, and keep inventory areas organized
• Dispense and check prescriptions filled by Pharmacy Technicians to ensure proper procedures have been followed
• Verify that patients requesting deliveries have legitimate prescriptions before any dispensation occurs
• Manage the logistics system and ensure timely deliveries to patients
• Develop and manage drug formularies for online platforms
• Manage customer experience including complaints, user experience, product availability, and bug reporting and troubleshooting
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including media content planning, artwork supervision, and post scheduling
• Offer clinical counseling to patients through our call center
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Experience working in a pharmacy and managing teams (advantageous)
• Self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high-quality deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
