An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately dispensing prescribed medications - Promote healthy lifestyle choices - Optimize patient care - Coordinate the activities of the pharmacy assistants - Provide patient counseling on proper medication usage and potential side effects to facilitate increased patronage for increased patronage - Create and ensure memorable customer experience outcomes - Oversee business growth and market share expansion - Proactive about stock replenishment and general procurements - Institute controls to plug exploitable loopholes in the outlet - Personnel management and general administration of the outlet - Ensure all assets are in good working condition in the outlet Required Qualifications: - Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree - At least one year of community practice experience in a similar role Other Conditions: - They should be ready to be interviewed physically in Onitsha within days - Ability to work long hours - Accommodation can be arranged Skills: Set: - Ability to use allMicrosoft office suite - Effective oral communication and writing skills - People's management skills - Organizational skills - Abilityto work independently with little supervision. - Business Acumen - Attention to details - Leadership and managerial competence - Presentation skills.
