Position Overview: - The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and rational use of medicines, supporting clinical teams, and maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care. Key Responsibilities: - Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and hospital protocols - Provide medication counseling and drug information to patients and healthcare professionals - Ensure proper storage, inventory control, and stock management of pharmaceuticals - Monitor drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and medication errors - Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation - Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and hospital standards - Participate in clinical meetings and continuous professional development Requirements: - Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) - Full registration and current practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) - Post-NYSC or NYSC-completed candidates are welcome to apply - Strong attention to detail and good communication skills - Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team - High level of professionalism and integrity.
