## Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will ensure efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, and projects while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence
  • Serve as liaison between the MD, staff, clients, and external partners
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations; record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and discretion
  • Oversee petty cash management and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with stock and inventory tracking and monthly requisitions
  • Support the MD's sales and marketing activities by scheduling client meetings and maintaining customer relations
  • Manage the MD's online accounts and social media presence
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Integrity, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail
