## Title: Personal Assistant to Head of Corporate Marketing Strategy
Job Summary
Brit Property Nigeria is seeking a smart, highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Head of Corporate Marketing Strategy. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedules, and daily workflow for the Head of Corporate Marketing Strategy
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client appointments
- Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation
- Support marketing project tracking, deadlines, and task coordination
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications
- Assist in collating data and insights for marketing campaigns and strategic planning
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Digital, Creative, Admin) on behalf of the department head
- Perform general administrative duties and support ongoing marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a PA, admin assistant, or project support staff
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work
