## Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman/Executive Director
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide dedicated executive support to our Chairman/Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years' experience in a similar role, supporting top-level executives such as Directors, CEOs, or Chairmen.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Act as a gatekeeper, handling confidential correspondence and screening communications with utmost professionalism
- Draft, review, and manage high-level documents, reports, and presentations
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, senior management, and business partners
- Anticipate the needs of the Chairman/Director and proactively manage priorities
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
- Handle personal assignments and special projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (extensive experience will be highly valued)
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, directly supporting C-Suite executives, Directors, or Chairmen
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities with grace
