## Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Job Summary
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative and organizational support, helping to manage the CEO's schedule, communication, and priorities. The role requires discretion, efficiency, and excellent organizational skills. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Support the CEO in personal errands or logistics when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
