## Title: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Position Overview
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the MD's day-to-day activities run smoothly. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and acting as a liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director
- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar and scheduling
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the MD
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Act as liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Experience supporting senior management in a corporate, manufacturing, or industrial environment is highly desirable
- Professional certifications in Office Administration or Executive Assistance (preferred)

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional etiquette
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability

- Applicants must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application
