Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant to the Head of School on all academic matters
- Supervise all academic structures, activities, within the school
- Work hand in hand with the Academic Office to ensure all structures are strictly adhered to.
- Giving report to the management on all anomalies relating to academics.
- Keeping reminders, attending to visitors, and giving prompt report to the Head of School on daily routine & itinerary.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND, in Management, Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related fields from reputable institutions.
- Must possess at least 1 year cognate experience working as a Personal Assistant.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
