## Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must reside around the Mile 2 – Ago axis or within close proximity for easy commuting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules and appointments
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with documentation and record keeping
  • Run official errands when required
  • Support coordination of meetings and business activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Must reside around the Mile 2 – Ago axis or nearby area
