## Title: Personal Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a key administrative role supporting senior management in a dynamic organization.

Location & Openings

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun, Lagos, Nigeria

Available Positions: 2 Openings

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist superiors with daily work scheduling, travel arrangements, and external communications
  • Track progress of land documents, C of O applications, and departmental procedures with regular reporting
  • Communicate with government agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
  • Collect, organize, and file company documents and records
  • Accompany superiors to meetings, visits, and business activities as required
  • Handle temporary tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Business, Law, or related fields (preferred)
  • 6-14 years of work experience
  • Familiarity with Nigerian land processes (C of O application, surveying registration, etc.) preferred
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and writing skills (local language skills preferred)
  • Highly responsible with strong execution ability and confidentiality awareness
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦600,000
