## Title: Personal Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a key administrative role supporting senior management in a dynamic organization.
Location & Openings
Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun, Lagos, Nigeria
Available Positions: 2 Openings
Key Responsibilities
- Assist superiors with daily work scheduling, travel arrangements, and external communications
- Track progress of land documents, C of O applications, and departmental procedures with regular reporting
- Communicate with government agencies, partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Collect, organize, and file company documents and records
- Accompany superiors to meetings, visits, and business activities as required
- Handle temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Business, Law, or related fields (preferred)
- 6-14 years of work experience
- Familiarity with Nigerian land processes (C of O application, surveying registration, etc.) preferred
- Fluent in English with strong communication and writing skills (local language skills preferred)
- Highly responsible with strong execution ability and confidentiality awareness
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
- Valid driver's license
Compensation
Monthly Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦600,000
