## Title: Personal Assistant

About the Role

Clarhilla Designs is seeking a qualified Personal Assistant to join our Lagos-based team. You will serve as a key administrative professional supporting our executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the MD/CEO and clients/staff
  • Manage diary, schedule meetings, and take minutes
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements (local and international)
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies
  • Assist with virtual and administrative tasks
  • Support executive-level projects and activities

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Residence on Lagos Island or easy commute to office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for interior design
