An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director/Executive Team. The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and meetings - Coordinate client meetings, and project-related engagements - Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes - Handle confidential documents and information with discretion - Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications - Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams - Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics - Track project deadlines and follow up on pending tasks - Assist with basic procurement and vendor coordination when required - Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - 2–4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and under pressure - High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity -  Strong attention to detail
