An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - Calendar & Schedule Management: Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, controlling access, and ensuring reminders for important tasks and deadlines. - Communication: Acting as the first point of contact, handling emails, phone calls, and filtering messages. - Travel & Logistics: Booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. - Administrative Support: Preparing reports, presentations, drafting correspondence, managing databases, and handling expenses. - Meeting Support: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating materials. - Event Coordination: Organizing corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings. - Research & Projects: Conducting research and assisting with various projects. - Personal Tasks: Running personal errands, managing household affairs, or handling personal shopping (especially for private PAs).
