Perkins Parts Sales Representative at Mantrac Nigeria Ltd

About the Position

An established company is recruiting a Perkins Parts Sales Representative to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of spare parts and units.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit customers to prospect for spare parts, unit sales, and service opportunities while building regular patronage
• Plan weekly coverage programs in conjunction with the manager to address assigned customer lists and pending deals
• Execute DELTA growth strategic action plans
• Present DELTA products and after-sales support, answer technical and commercial enquiries, and report findings to the Manager
• Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate sales into high-value projects
• Prepare accurate and complete quotations and/or tenders, present to customers, arrange follow-up activities, and ensure conversion to effective sales
• Ensure prompt delivery of spare parts (including back-ordered items) and corresponding invoices to engender customer satisfaction and timely payment
• Investigate market situations regarding competitor products, prices, and commercial terms; document and report findings to the Manager
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints to retain goodwill and confidence in products, services, and the dealership
• Establish and report competitive activities and sales opportunities; implement actions to ensure conversion to Prime products sales and spare parts
• Perform other related duties as required

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry

Required Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Engineering, or relevant academic qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant technical experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
